Himiway battery stuck, Key keeps rotating 360 degrees

Locks broken. You need to break it to get the battery out and then replace it. Those locks are super-weak so its really easy to break it. You can buy a lock online for about $12. Its just fastened with two screws but there might also be an electric connector on it that needs to be soldered.

You don't have to remove the battery though in case you feel like theres too much work with the lock.

Looks like a broken cam in the lock mechanism. Try pulling the key out a little while turning otherwise it's toast.
