Most Poles genuinely don't like Russians, and all Russian emigrants I know encountered at least some degree of hostility in Poland (note: it's for some reason much better on the Internet with a higher chance of mutual friendliness). With that said, it's not like it's unjustified given the consistent hostility and imperialism attempts of Russia and its precursors towards Poland. Suck it up and move on, just don't go to Poland and stop bothering the Polish people.

Honestly I think that nowadays your avarage xenophobe in Poland hates Ukrainians more than Russians lol.

Imagine being such an insecure country that you need to open an exhibition on you snowflaking about a small country you raped several times being unfriendly to you today.
Pathetic little kreml man, doing pathetic things.

LMAO the gift that keeps in giving. I don't know who is running the propaganda mill over at the Kremlin but digging in on this perpetual victim complex is at this point at ludicrous levels. It's gotta get tiring at some point, no?
Besides Israel, with their constant claims of antisemitism regardless of the kind of criticism they're facing, I don't really know if any other example of a country crying about people's "phobia" of them on such a level, especially when Russophobia is 100% warranted considering the actions of the state and inclinations of their society.

Poles - you are on notice

In fairness though, they did start the Russo-Polish war.

The Polish-Soviet War or the Dimitriads?

Modern fascists have got it completely figured out that perpetual victim complex propaganda is the best way to quell internal dissent.
If someone from the in-group tries to voice their concern that what they're doing might be immoral, they'll get 5 angry voices shouting at them: "but don't you know what these people did to us!?", and within that in-group, there are countless "neutral observers" who have been passively consuming the victim complex propaganda for years, so it doesn't matter how good the arguments of the dissenter are, the immense majority of people there are going to jump into defense mode, and no progress will be made.
A very accessible example to understand this dynamic is watching the Mormon's church documentary on the life of Joseph Smith, then compare it to "The real story of the Mormon Church" by Johnny Harris, and considering the psychology of someone who has been listening to the person who made the former for 20 years straight, without having ever listened to a critical take on it. Both are available on Youtube.

They took this one from the zionist playbook.
