Help with rtx 5060ti 16gb

Hello everyone, two weeks ago I bought myself a new graphics card - an RTX 5060 TI 16GB. I installed it in my PC and didn't notice much of a difference (I had an RTX3060 12GB before). I reinstalled the drivers - it didn't help. I reinstalled Windows - it also didn't help. I've started experiencing freezes and FPS drops in online games, which weren't there before. In CS2, it can drop from 220 to 180 at a time with micro-freezing. Fortnite also has FPS drops. In No Man's Sky, I started experiencing severe freezes while I'm just running around planets and taking off in ships. However, in Cyberpunk 2077, my FPS has increased significantly and I haven't seen any issues like this. My power supply has a 750W reserve. The processor is an i513400f (I checked before buying it, there shouldn't be a bottleneck). Honestly, I don't know what the problem is anymore. The graphics card passes all stability tests with flying colors, but I'm having issues with games. I can return this graphics card under warranty and buy a new RTX 5060 Ti, or I can get an RX 9060 XT. I'm asking for advice from knowledgeable people on what the problem might be and how I can fix it, or is it easier to return it under warranty and buy a new one? I play 2K, if that matters.

Call me old-school, but in a situation such as yours, my first attempted fix is basically going to be doing a full operating system wipe/reload.
(now in-fairness, back-in-the-day, this was a production tech's (as I was) first move 99% of the time, so I suppose it's possible that there could be a fix that would not require a wipe/reload, but I find that it fixes things a surprising amount of the time)

I already reinstalled Windows - it didn't help

Did you also reinstall the games? I had this with marvel rivals and the problem was the complied shaders with the old graphics card were still there and not compatible with the new one
Protazy_Gerwazy@reddit
You've got a new card, so it needs to build up shader cache, that's why you have stuttering.

Keep in mind if you are playing competitive titles using competitive settings you are essentially forcing a CPU bottleneck in order to maximize fps. That is to say the GPU generally won't be being used at 100%. If this is how you play then yes the CPU is your bottleneck. Keep in mind bottleneck calculators are generally worthless.

I have 5060ti as well and I have the exact same problem.
It's driving me insane.
I have tried everything, all tests are normal.

Board BIOS fully up to date, and resize bar enabled in BIOS and XMP? Installed board chipset drivers from board download page?
Also fps capped if using screens high resolution monitor(200+ hz). Or if cap cannot do, enabled vsync for that game in the nvidia app and also mfg(multi frame generation) for that game override.
If still no go, tried disabling XMP in bios?

The BIOS is the second-to-last version. XMP is enabled, all drivers are installed. The monitor is set to 240Hz, and the FPS cap is removed in all games. Where can I enable PCIe Gen4?

I would buy a 9060 xt
