hello all! i'm a 26F and looking for recommendations for a true classical pilates studio with knowledgeable instructors in the DFW metroplex? i live in lower greenville area but am willing to drive! i am working through an injury and my doctor recommended i try pilates as a way to reintroduce working out but have had a hard time finding a studio that isnt 'modern pilates'/lagree style or 'heated mat pilates'. does anyone have any recommendations for a true classical pilates studio that has qualified and knowledgeable instructors?

Pilates Unlimited at Mockingbird and Abrams fits the bill for you. My wife's been a regular there for the last couple years after some bad experiences with Session Pilates.
They offer traditional mat and reformer classes as well as private lessons. Their instructors are all great.

Sounds like Bear PT and Pilates would be right your alley. The owner is a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. https://www.bearptandpilates.com

Park Cities Pilates has Reformers and a Cadillac and the owner trained in NYC with a teacher who was in Joseph Pilates classes herself
