As an Apartment Locator, I'm partnered with a utility concierge. Their help is completely free, and they help you shop around and get the best pricing and deals. Check out powertochoose.org. pick the cheapest plan without usage minimums. For internet, you'll have to see who offers service in your complex. AT&T, Verizon, and Spectrum are the major companies in the area.
