Hey all, I’ve volunteered to host an Empty Chairs Session in Milton Keynes. It’s a wonderful initiative I came across and believe in to tackle loneliness amongst us.

So many of us on here ask to make friends, struggle to connect with others and just need a listening ear sometimes.
