When emailing brokers off the load board, what do you guys normally put in the email?
I typically just put my MC number and price but don’t get responses a lot of times. Trying to figure out if I’m emailing wrong or if it’s common for people to just not respond back.

Hi there. This is a good question. Have a presaved email so you can just copy/paste information - you can quickly edit, it's faster than starting from scratch every time.
Subject:
PU date and location of the load
Body: MC/USDOT, current location, empty or time you expect to be empty as well as DH miles. If the post/comments indicate the pickup time, include your estimated ETA to PU.

Box Truck brokers rarely respond but to hedge your bet put location, dimensions, if you have liftgate pj, if empty. More info you provide in that email better chances they will respond
