Has anyone taken a Tesway E-bike off-road?

I've had my X7 AWD for a few months now, but I’ve only ever ridden it on our local paved bike paths. I was curious if anyone has experience with taking one off road. Nothing too extreme, I'm not thinking about jumping this thing, but we have some really nice areas with wooded bike trails and I'm wondering how it performs and how well it holds up. TIA!

I haven't personally used that brand, but it looks very similar to my 20" fat tire ebike setup. If you're taking it down dirt trails then yeah that bike style works in the dirt pretty well. I wouldn't try to run it through mud right after it rains or up/down diamond level off road trails that are more for MTB any time soon, but simple dirt off road shouldn't be a problem.

Yea, not looking to do anything extreme, and I definitely don’t like riding in wet(muddy) conditions. Was just concerned about the rougher terrain with things like loose dirt, rocks, tree roots, etc.

I don’t usually go off road but I have taken it through some valleys and hilly terrain. With a passenger and AWD on I was able to climb some pretty steep hills. There was this rain water drain valley I went through that had a bunch of rolling hills and that was a lot of fun.

Sounds like I’ve got nothing to worry about. Thank you! Looking forward to hitting the trails.

I might be biased but this bike is amazing. Love the freedom and comfort it brings cruising.

Personally I’ve only ridden mine solo so far, but I think I’m going to try a ride with my son. I’m a bigger guy at 6’5” 235lbs so I’m interested to see how it does with power and battery life with him riding along.
