Do we have some Balkan gigachads in this sub? What do you think about Mewing/Looksmaxxing? Have you even heard about it? You think it's legit or it can be harmful? Anyone has any experience?

I gotta say I been keeping my tongue on roof of my mouth for last 5-6 years (nothing else), since I first heard about it and I feel like it made a noticable difference. Specially with face symmetry and giving me more hunter eyes. I also have better posture and I learnt to be a nasal breather which is better for health.

You think it's more of a meme or there is something to it?
