Trade advice, going back on the deal

Just need some advice. i did a 1 for 1 trade on a pistol. we both broke everything down and went over everything. A week later, the guy says he wants to trade back.
I want to be nice and oblige but I also want to keep the gun. not sure

Nah tell him you already modified it or ignore. Who knows what he did to your firearm.

Is this like a buddy or a random guy? I would trade a friend back but a random? Nope. I don’t know what he did with it while in his possession.
