I posted before asking about a build, but I have changed it up a bit, what do you all think about the below build for my fist computer?

id spend the extra for a 5070ti over a 9070xt

Do not buy the sapphire 9070xt it is the only amd vendor that has used the 12vhp connector and they are the only amd gfx cards that have had melted connecters.

Not bad at all, U have a great CPU and GPU combo, plenty of RAM with decent speeds a solid cooler all on a really nice motherboard in a good case. Now the SSDs are interesting I imagine u already have the 1tb, but they will work just fine. Now I would suggest getting an 850w PSU, u can technically get away with a 750w but with a higher wattage u have more room for future upgrades and higher wattage units tend to be better made
