Please help with building pc

Im looking to build the best non overkill pc. I game on 1440p dont care about anything lower or higher. I dont ever really use anything on max settings mostly play competitve games on low settings. I have a 240hz 1440p oled monitor so being able to get as close to that as I would be perfect. I also plan to do content creation so record stream edit and just need a pc that can handle my needs without a problem. I dont really care for future proof like the pc lasting 10 years but also dont want to have to upgrade in a year or 2 either. So Im just mainly looking for price to performance I also dont care about brands or looks as long as their reliable and give the best performance. I do plan to overclock and tweak the pc to have the best performance. From the research I have done this is the best build I have came up with so far I would really appericate any help thanks.
I do plan to get it built at microcenter for $250 comes with 90 day labor warranty and 1 year part warranty on any parts i get from there which would be the (Cpu,Ram,Motherboard bundle) and (Gpu) since they have the best deals on those and the rest I would order off amazon since they have the exact parts im looking for and best deals i have found so far.

Id really suggest a 4tb nvme ssd if you can fit it into your budget with game sizes now regularly getting over 100gb a 2tb ssd will fill up really quickly I have a 4tb nvme ssd and im still limited on my game installs and for my next build will be jumping to 8tb if I can fit it in my budget.
Other than that its a pretty awesome system for 1440p high refresh rate for a good while now,
That system could easily do 4k 60 with FSR4 on a few of the more intensive games,
So 1440p max settings should easily do 120 on the more intensive games and double that on virtually anything else,
If you want more than 144fps at 1440p just enable fs4 quality on the few games that need it or lowering settings to high.
Cpu is a bit overkill for what you want but its an awesome cpu on a platform thst has at least 1-2 generations left on it for future upgrades if needed.
If you can afford it and enjoy it it will give you countless hours of fun and you cant take the money with you when you go lol.

I feel like 4tb would be really overkill for me and I always can get more in the future even with 1tb on my old pc rn I dont have it filled up even with my games and random stuff but for my new pc just need the extra tb for content so 2 should be plenty for me and the 9800x3d was only 80 dollars more so i would be dumb to not go for that instead same thing with gpu and i dont really use any games on max settings anyways so just looking for the best I can for my needs without over doing it.

Yeah only mentioned it as i play about 15+ games at the same time constantly changing on a weekly basis (well i did before my latest child was born lol) and it was a major thing just a "incase you havent thought of it" and definitely not a necessity,
That was the only small worry I had about your build the rest is perfect.

7800x3d + 9070 non XT sounds like all you need really
I use a 7800x3d + 3080 for 1440p low graphics competitive games, and it can hit 240fps in most. The performance bump of the 9070 would solidify that
As much as I don’t mind low settings, I do wish I had something as powerful as a 9070 XT so I can crank up the settings in some other non-competitive games

Im not looking for the best of the best but when the 9800x3d is only 80 more dollars and 9070xt only 90 more dollars it would be dumb to not get those instead if the market was different and there was a big difference I wouldn’t think twice about it-

Dude the pc parts are good just buy it, I see you posting on every Subreddit. You can stop worrying you will be able to run everything at max settings on 1440p.
