Since my last post got a lot of views, let me follow up by asking: for those who did, what was your experience with getting wedgies

If you didn’t see my last post, I’m a millennial little sister but I had 2 Gen X older sisters who’s mission was to torment… I mean show their “sisterly love” to me with things like noogies and tickling but their most common prank were the wedgies.
You name it, they hung me from the fence, double teamed and pulled at the same time, then even tried pulling my underwear over my head a few times but it never quite got there. I think it’s funny now but in the moment OMG those hurt!

I used to get them all the time growing up, multiple a week and sometimes multiple times a day. Usually from my older sister, but also from her friends, a cousin and a girl at school

Thanks to military school I got zoom brooms instead of wedgies. And, yeah, would rather have a bit of a pain in the ass for a few minutes than my undies pulled up like that along with pain.
For reference: a zoom broom is when you wrap the bristles of a broom with a metal coat hanger or two then wrap that up with electrical tape. New cadet bends over, holding onto something solid for support, and the old cadet swings as hard as they can and swats your ass with it. Extra fun if there’s room for the old cadet to take a few steps back and build up some momentum.

I have older brothers, and they had friends. I was wedgied, tied to chairs, scared with halloween masks at night, nuggies, you name it. 😂

That sounds really awful.
I don't think I ever got one. If so, it wasn't often enough to remember. I did see a boy get a wedgie (we called them "murphies") , his underwear pulled up to his neck until it ripped. Wasn't funny except to his tormentors.

The difference back in the day was that somebody who attempted a wedgie was fair game for an elbow to the face, knee in the nuts, or something more painful. It was mutually assured destruction.
