Shimano Altus question

This is on a Xpedition 2.0.
It has no front deraileur. But the High and Low Limit screws aren't labeled.
Which is which? Logically I'd say the upper screw is the High. Is that correct?

If you don't have access to a diagram, shift to the lowest or highest gear and then observe behind both screws. The screw with no air gap will be the limiter for that gear.
