Im 100% sure that if Romania is ever attacked by Russia, Turkey will join the war to defend us.

Not because we are allies but because Turkey would never accept Russia to dominate the Black Sea.

Im romanian and I respect Turkey a lot. They have always been very respectful to us and our coaches and personalities. Recently after the passing of Mircea Lucescu they were the first country to send funeral flowers as a tribute.

They have great companies that build our highways like Ozaltin, Nurol, Makyol. After Moldova, I believe our countries should be closest allies, militarily, economically, culturally, etc.

This said, I don’t believe if ever Turkey is attacked by the US we should join the war, as its impossible for us to defend it.

On the other hand if Russia, India, or Israel did ever attack Turkey we should 100% join the war and defend our NATO ally, as all NATO allies should.
