To be fair the US and Israel has made the strategy for the Iranian regime very clear. The US and Israel have demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt that any agreement they make or negotiation they undertake is meaningless, and that at the first opportunity they will try again to overthrow the regime. Iran's only possible strategy is to make the war so costly that the US and Israel won't want to try again.
