Hi
I have the following specs:
-CASE:NZXT H6 Flow black
-MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Auros B450 PRO WIFI
-CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 5500X3D
-GPU:MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 VENTUS 3X OC
-POWER SUPLLY: Seasonic Focus GX-750 ATX 3 750 W 80 Plus Gold - Full Modular
-SSD: M.2 Kingston NV3 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
-HDD: Toshiba p300 1tb
-CPU FAN: Cooler Master MasterAir MA610P 120
-RAM: (4x)G.Skill Trident Z RGB 8 GB DDR4 3200
-FANS:(4x) Antex f12 rancing ARGB fans
I feel like I could do some other upgrade, either performance or CPU Fan/AIO
What do you think?

You already have this PC? Why do you want to upgrade? What do you feel like your system is under performing in? What's your budget and location?

You can always spend more money for more performance. It's really hard to give you recommendations without the answers to the questions I asked earlier.

Do you have any of these parts, or are buying them all now? Buying an AM4 motherboard, 32GB of ram and a 5500X3D is quite expensive for AM4. You'd be better off, long-term, going DDR5
Also, a 9070 is generally better for gaming.
