We have all characteristics of a state and will become an independent one as soon as international law is amended to allow changing of the borders.

It can and probably will happen very soon because of Russia Ukraine War.

That's why OHR and Brcko District exists. It serves to prevent RS independence, but at the same time it can be used to approve it if for whatever reason USA and international community needed a precedent of redrawing borders to be implemented on world stage.

So technically we did win the war. We just have to be patient and wait for this to happen.

We did write the rules. Just look at current state constitution and compare it to the RBiH one from 1992.

Obviously we cannot break international law because rest of the world wasn't going to allow it, but we did achieve the maximum extent of what was possible at the time.

Certainly more of a victory than Bosniaks who had to abolish their constitution twice because of the war, or Croats who were totally stripped off their state of Herzeg-Bosnia.

Whatever you wrote in your first paragraph is not a counter argument. Anything can be called nonsense, but only a logical assessment can prove it so.

"bosanac" is a regional, not ethnic label. It's not like FBiH is run by angels. RS was created on january 9th 1992 in peace, no one died that day. War started in late march/early april 1992... We even accepted lisbon agreement in an attempt to relieve tensions and preserve peace.

And we won the war, inflicted 2x more military casualities, controlled 73-76% of the landmass at one point, and we now control 49% of the whole country. There’s a lot of Serbs in the federation, there’s even 3 Serb majority municipalities.

It’s not comparable, there was no organized killings like the killings of Muslim and Croats civilians in RS. No where near the level as it was made by the Serb army.
