AK620 G2 - AM5 offset mounting

Hi! I have question about CPU cooler installation. Manual indicates that for AM5 processors cooler must be installed in "upper" position. But cores placed "lower" in die. I cant understand what position right. Can someone help?

The schematic seems to be how you would be looking at the cooler from the bottom. When you flip it over, the cooler would be offset downwards.
