As recently as my 30s, I'd wake up from a nap in a panic that I was late for a final.

I thought it was going to be about napping old and waking up young. It was such a pleasant momentary escape. Then I figured out it was about napping young and waking up about my age. OMG! That poor freaking unprepared kid that wakes up in my body..... I'm pretty sad for him.

I find myself waking from Annette, not remembering where I’m at what day it is and what time it is do I need to make breakfast for my mom lunch dinner early Alzheimer’s or overwhelming I don’t know
