Best Candle Making workshops in Bishop Arts?

Looking for a good candle making class/workshop experience in Bishop Arts; I’m from out of town and visiting my partner who lives in the area. I maybe should also add that neither of us have been to a formal candle making class/workshop so we don’t really know what to expect.
I’ve had my eyes on Paddywax, but some of the reviews have me second guessing, saying things like it was rushed and/or you don’t get the candles until the next day and you’re left on your own in the process with little to no help. But then again these reviews were mainly from \~6 months ago so things could have changed. I would be very curious if anyone on Reddit has anything to say about it (for or against).
I also have visited Kawaii- I really like their shop but it seems their class options are limited. I also just heard of Davis Street Mercantile from searching around today.
Anybody have input/personal experience on these or recommendations for any others?
Apologies if I didn’t use the right tag for this. I’ll also be posting in the Bishop Arts subreddit but figured this would be a good place to start. Thanks!

The girls in our family got together and went to Paddywax. It was fun and everyone was able to choose their own scent and holder style. After we walked around Bishop Arts and had lunch. The candies were done several hours later.

Nice - I ended up going with Paddywax too and he and I made our candles this weekend. It was a very quick workshop but people were very helpful if we had questions, and I loved the choices for both scents and vessels. Since we went in the evening we couldn't pick up our candles till the next day (understandable). It was a fun time!!

Update- I looked at both options and Paddywax ended up working best mainly due to scheduling and more available time slots. I’ll definitely check out Davis Street Merc soon as it looks like such a cool place. Thanks everyone for your input!

I also really enjoyed Davis Street Mercantile. I've never seen so many scent options!
