The CPU and motherboard are getting pretty old, form the looks of it he had an older system he upgraded with a brand new GPU and then sold it.
I would be looking for a new MOBO, CPU and RAM, upgrading those parts you will have a system that will last you years with zero issues or need to upgrade. If Microcenter is an option they have very good bundle deals on just the parts you need.
I would target the ones with DDR5 ram, not DDR4 personally.

Thank you,appreciate it.

It's a 2018 PC upgraded with a modern GPU. You're gonna get excellent graphics combined with okay framerates and pretty inconsistent lower-end frame times.
For video editing, it's going to crawl compared to anything modern unless your programs use GPU acceleration (most should).

Ok thank you.

For gaming is ok, even I think will be some bottleneck with gpu, you may play most games in full hd very well, even in 2k (1440p, if you have needed monitor). But for video editing, your CPU I think will be sometime "tired" and slightly slow.

Thanks.

The i7-9700K feels a little bit weak for that GPU. What is your monitor resolution? Your first priority for an update should be a better CPU, but keep in mind that you'll need a new motherboard to go with it.
