We earned those rights by waging a literal guerrilla warefare in the 2000s and then Ohrid Agreement was signed in because of it, to earn those rights. Rights that slavic majority was not planning to give. So we earned those rights ourselves not because Slavs were eager to give those.

If you want to talk about rights lets talk about how the Macedonian minority of Pustec in Albania enjoy those roghts, we literally changed the name of the place to Slavic one to match what the people called the place. I think Macedonian Albanians are the most "violently Albanian" Albanians. Montenegrin and Albanian Albanians being the most mild from my experience.
