ULPT Neighbor in apt complex doesn’t park between lines

I live in an apt complex and one specific person doesn’t park between the lines (or even make an effort. They are either on the line or over the line. They also have a registration sticker that expired in May 2024. Overall it’s frustrating to see how they park and they aren’t held accountable for that or their expired registration. What could/should I do other than putting a note on the vehicle?

Put a "Criminal Scene" tape around your parking space - slightly over his. Or, put cones (homemade if you have to) on the lines. Or, hang a note in your window, the one facing his driver side, that explains how to park properly.

Kick 'n' Bass under the door handles. Lots of it under driver's side.

Pull all four Schrader valves.

Never remove the valves. It deflates the tires too quickly. You have to be more subtle. A BB or small stone glued inside the valve stem cap will allow the air to slowly leak preferably flattening the four tires while the vehicle is far away.
It’s like the old adage: never criticize a person until you’ve walked a mile in his shoes. At that point, you’ll be a mile away and have his shoes.

Most apartment complexes don't want cars with expired registrations on their lots. Report the out-of-date registsration and let the property managers take care of the problem.

Lived at an apartment with assigned parking, guy to my right would always park on/over the line, so I just made it a point to park as close as I could possibly get. Literally backed up and reparked closer to him while he was in the car once.
Never learned his lesson though. I guess he didn't mind getting in through the passenger door

Hell, remove the entire plate. Let the cops handle it from there.

Remove the sticker, tell management there's some random car parked there that needs to get towed
