Nothing fixes black screen after enabling secure boot, need help

What's happening is when I enable secure boot I am getting msi logo as if booting normally, only without the loading icon and then a black screen. I can restart and go to BIOS normally, I don't have to clear CMOS to do that. To fix this I tried clearing CMOS, updating the BIOS, all the factory key stuff - standard custom mode etc, using integrated graphics to boot (with and without gpu connected, same black screen). I have UEFI BIOS mode, GPT disk partition , UEFI GOP drivers. I am using Windows 11, MSI Z370 SLI PLUS motherboard, i7-8700k, GTX 1070 Ti. If you need more information feel free to ask.

I encountered an issue helping someone troubleshoot where an administrator password had been set on the drive via the BIOs (I cant remember if it was specific to the BIOs, the storage, or both). Upon opening the BIOs or the security section, you could see this and it kept asking for a password.
We spent a good hour or basic troubleshooting, until I realized that the CMOS clears were not clearing wherever this was stored. The fix was to set a new admin password, then set the password to blank (to remove the admin password). At which point, it finally let us wipe the drive (the OS/files would have been unrecoverable, unless they could fetch the keys from the old motherboard).

That’s not it unfortunately. The password section is empty, it doesn’t ask me for any password. Thanks for your response though.
