Are these problem codes serious? (2010 Opel Astra H 1.6 Benzin)

I'm not familiar with this report. Please someone enlighten me why the same error code is present/not present multiple times. No communication could be like anything from a minor issue (battery died) to a more serious one.

I believe the codes are across the lifetime of the car and cannot be cleared - so there's 4 active ones now.

Not necessarily, I'd suspect the battery or generator first. Check the following:
battery condition
charging while the engine is running
ground cables, terminals, and fuses
ABS/ESP module connector
re-reading after clearing the error code

If it was a battery or alternator problem, wouldn't that affect other parts of the car, like it not being able to start or the OSD etc.?

Battery issues can cause some strange things to happen; the key is to rule them out—if everything’s fine, then you can move on.

These come from an állapotfelmérés.hu report. The report specified the car was in good condition mechanically generally but I'm not sure why these codes were not really mentioned, just included in a supplement PDF?
Googling online suggests some of them could be serious? Which does not seem to match up with the above statements. Do I really need to get an Opel expert mechanic / shop to look at these issues?
The only relevant thing the inspector mentioned was that some of the cable bundles were slightly damaged (I think something to do with a rat/small animal possibly damaging them?), not sure if related.
