headset suggestions with good mic quality

im getting a pc soon and i have no idea which headset to get, my friend is building my pc for me so i am completely clueless about everything. my friend tells me to just get a cheap headset but i want the sound of my voice to be clear and good quality whilst my other friend tells me if i want good sound and mic quality i should get headphones + a separate mic but he said its quite expensive. are there any budget friendly options preferably under £100.

ive been looking at the Razer BlackShark V2 X Wired Console Gaming Headset but i see reviews saying its not that good for a pc, people are having to buy extra parts, the mic is too loud or needing a headphone splitter to use the mic?

Yes, I play valorant and used to use IEM’s (Kz EDC) and the sound isn’t as good as an IEM, but it is good enough that I have never thought to myself that they are bad. The mic is really good because of which I got these.

Nothing extra was needed. A splitter with long cable (1M i guess) is included.

If i recommend any gamer gear brands these days for headsets it’s hyper. I just prefer the mics and sound profile since they don’t try to hide bad drivers with overdriven bass.
