Fantastic find today while I was on my lunch break. I know what I'll be reading tonight!

I should like to know more about Eye-Patch Riker.
gutens@reddit
Basically they meet the crew of the Enterprise from an alternate timeline where the Borg won. It was actually pretty epic. Riker had an eye patch, Worf was sleeveless, and the E-D was just the star drive section.

Been years since I read it, but that sounds right.
It's almost like that episode Parallels, where we see the thousands of Enterprises and one of them is just a haggard looking Riker and Worf from where the Borg were about to conquer the entire Federation.

Didn’t expect an answer on that, but thank you! Sounds pretty damn awesome!

E-D is NOT awesome. Millions suffe—eh, nevermind. It’s Monday and I can’t find it in me to be clever enough to finish this comment. Or that could just be the E-D talking.

My favorite one is the one where Word blows up a Ferengi outpost for no reason. These comics are very spot on character-wise.

Nice! The Worst of Both Worlds is a fun story.
pleschga@reddit
I have a whole box full of TNG and TOS in the DC Run.
eric12183@reddit
Yes! I had the 4th part as a kid, not realizing it was a multi-part series. Found all of them at a comic book store a few years back.
Fun-Audience-6269@reddit
Enjoy, those are awesome!

Is that Riker with a Borg eye? Rikutus.
SideswipeZulu@reddit
You took me down memory lane. Had to pull a few notables out of the shoebox.

The bottom left issue looks very interesting!
lotus2471@reddit
These were so bad. I bought them anyway, but they were not great.
Independent-Smoke-68@reddit
Worf getting disrespected on the cover of all places.
bannock4ever@reddit
And it wasn’t even a barrel!
ChankiriTreeDaycare@reddit
Turns out it's not the object but the hue. Worf is uniquely vulnerable to the blue frequency.
Leopold_Darkworth@reddit
Oh my god, I still have these. I bought all of them as they came out back in, it must have been 1994 or 1995. They were terrific. And the artwork on the last one by the great Sonia Hillios!
OhNoIBoffedIt@reddit
Hahaha, wild, two of those (the bottom two) are two of the three Trek comics I've ever owned!
AlbertaAcreageBoy@reddit
I had one or two of these when I was a kid, wonder where they went.
SomethingAboutUsers@reddit
I had the same thought. actually
Adh1434@reddit
I really enjoy that story line
RigidJ3lly@reddit (OP)
I've just read it all now and I enjoyed it too!
Revolutionary_Pay_31@reddit
DC Comics version of TNG, or as I used to call it, Star Trek the Ripped Generation!
RigidJ3lly@reddit (OP)
Helm, warp 8 bruh!
Revolutionary_Pay_31@reddit
Ferengi vessel, we challenge you to do 100 squat thrusts!
RigidJ3lly@reddit (OP)
Commander Jack Ransom approves of this comic!
LiminalSapien@reddit
Is that Ro in the bottom right?
RigidJ3lly@reddit (OP)
It is indeed!
Tosk224@reddit
There’s a blast from the past. I read those when they first came out.
CinephileRich@reddit
I loved this storyline, I have the originals somewhere in terrible shape, I do wish it was rereleased in some form
RigidJ3lly@reddit (OP)
Instead of terrible shape, I believe the term is well-read and well-loved 😊🖖
seriouspretender@reddit
Enjoy, I remember being a kid in the 90s and reading the first one. I loved it!
