Anyone know where I can get raw cream, raw unsalted cheese / butter in Budapest (website or in person)

I'm gonna be living here and want to know if there are any websites where I can order these products or any places I can get them in person. I read raw milk is available at some markets but wondering if raw cream, raw unsalted cheese and raw unsalted butter are also available here.

You know you make cheese by heating right?

its not needed to make cheese.

They want to tell you that "raw" cheese doesn't exist.

e.g. look up pannerone from italy

It's not raw after that is it.

its raw until heated at a temperature of above 40degrees celcius.
i dont know why you insist on talking about a topic you know little about.
nor is it relevant to the question of my post, im just asking locals if they know any sources.

We don't have a cheese equivalent in Hungary. Raw milk and cream yes in farmers markets but it's gonna be expensive. You can bring it or ask one of the many Spanish/Italian delicacy/fine food shops to import for you (I trust you can use Google/Google maps). That's not gonna be cheap either.

it does, its made in other european countries like france, spain, uk, poland. i'm wondering if there are any places to get it in hungary.

Fehérvàri úti piac definitely has those. I'm not sure about cream though

Try visiting a market or Kifli.hu.
Just keep in mind what you are asking for is niche and will not be cheap.
