That is the wrong question. Ukraine is using maxims. The Vietnam ontos in another environment doing another job would be obsolete before it was made. They are using civilian m4s for the optic possiblies. If you put thermals on a fal it will go though cover, offer it free and you will run out and they will build a factory for NATO 7,62 in Ukraine.
