No they are, they are just heirloom/colored baby carrots, much like the regular orange ones carrots run the gamut of white to purple on it's outer flesh color, the messed up part is the red or purple ones are orange if you peel them, white ones not so much. This person just left them open in refrigerator and they got dried out and look like weird dry dog dongs, still edible but maybe close your eyes before consuming so your brain doesn't freak out. You can thank the Dutch why you and most people think carrots are naturally orange.
