That is a beautiful boat is what that is. Pretty decent SA/D ratio so a lot of fun to sail but also a beautiful downstairs to live in.
Jon Perry is a legend for a reason. He likes small cockpits and small wheels though.

I had a Baba 30, great sea boat and pretty livable for the size.
I'd say lay down in the cockpit before deciding. Our cockpit in the Baba was clearly the area of compromise. Small, uncomfortable and not fun to spend hours in at sea.

Haven't sailed this particular design, but we owned a Mirage 33 for years, and my old man used to lust after a Passport 40. Gorgeous boats and a talented designer.
