best gpu to pair with r5 3500x

I have a budget pc with r5 3500x and 16gbs of ram and my rx 560 broke, I have the budget to buy these following gpu:rx 580,gtx 1060,gtx 1650. Which of the following should I buy?

580 of the three but if you can save an extra $20 you can probably find a 5600xt which would be SIGNIFICANTLY faster
