I wanted some ideas about if i just nedded to upgrade it or just build a new one, needed for streaming and gaming at the same time, my current is fine for streaming but the AMD quality is very bad no matter what i do.

I have most of the peripherals etc, my budget is 1000-1200Euro I live in Greece, so i guess whenever in EU the parts are its fine i can pay for transport if i can get them all in one place.
