hi all. this is my ongoing project.
started off life as a Ford S-max 7 seater mpv.
swapped in a fully forged 5 pot 2.5L turbo from a ford focus ST MK2.
currently pushing nearly 400bhp but will be safe for over 500 once I've got all the parts for an AWD swap.

Thought that engine was familiar! I have a 2005 S40 T5 AWD. Some people have turned their C30s AWD, Im sure it's basically the same process for you.
If you're looking for quick easy power, there are also Porsche throttle bodies that are the same bolt pattern and plug, but have a larger diameter butterfly.

Yeah it kind of is the same but backwards 😂 I have to get parts from a Volvo XC60 AWD for the conversion. I also do already have the Porsche 70mm throttle body installed and it paired really nicely with my airtec plenum 😎

Thanks for that man 🙂 I've had quite a few 7 seaters now and ford did something magic with these because they handle like a car half it's weight. I knew as soon as I first drove it that I wanted to make the speed match the handling 😂
