New build in NY area for 14 year-old playing MSFS and games

Keeping 1440p monitor. Taking advantage of a good AMD bundle at Micro Center and trying to keep cost to $1500 or lower. Got this list from a Reddit post and we think it's pretty great. What do you think? Would you do anything differently? Is this a good rig for Microsoft Flight Simulator?

be aware msfs runs better with 64 mem ;p

if using 2 of 4 slots yeah could later, but four is harder to xmp/expo than two

Good build. Remember to check if MicroCenter has a less expensive 9070; I think they have one that's under $600
