GPU Underperforming after awhile, why?

Bought a new RTX 2060 SUPER a couple while ago, quickly tested it on 3DMark using Time Spy and i got around 7600 to 7800 (with graphic's score of 8700 ish)

However, recently i tried benchmarking again cus ive been getting sub-par performance on Crimson Desert (dropping to mid 20s and unplayable with RT ON, Medium) And i got 6600 score with graphics score of 7300 on 3DMark which is abysmal in my opinion.

My question is, is that still in the normal range? or is something wrong with my windows settings/drivers? I tried reverting to an older driver which did raise me up to 7600 again once, but benchmarking it the next day got me back to 6700 (tried DDU'ing and reinstalling that same driver and im still stuck at 6700ish this time).

Temps are all in-check (GPU is still under 80 celcius on the test) so im not sure what the issue is, going to try reinstalling windows after this to see if it helps. And no my CPU temps and clocks are identical on both tests so i dont think its my CPU.

Here's my 3DMark tests back then (January)

I cant figure out whats going on and its driving me crazy. Any help is appreciated thanks.
