This is an architecture, civil engineering, building regulations, and climate change issue. It has nothing to do with automotive. It's not Andreas Preuninger designing the structure.

I mean, buying property in a place that's likely to be underwater in the future is stupid in and of itself. That being said, this is subsidence and more of a problem with building in an area where the soil has a lot of water.

The study was done in 2024. This news has been out there for 1.5 years and doesn’t just affect the Porsche Design Tower, etc. must be a slow car news day.
