Is fixing my car as much of a money pit as I think?

I have a rebuilt 2011 Subaru Outback with 230k miles. I paid $1k to get it drivable again last year after totaling my newer car. It’s got a slew of issues:

Power steering pump needs replaced

Engine mount is loose and mechanic said close to cracking

Valve gasket cover leaking (needs oil put in 2/3x a week)

Couple of sensors need replaced

Bad front strut

Right turn signal not working

Passenger and back passenger windows stuck and can’t roll down

Air conditioner doesn’t work (not a need but sucks)

Our mechanic is reasonably priced but obviously this will likely cost a ton. However, I’m afraid of buying a new car. Credit isn’t amazing at 650, and only have 2k saved for a down payment. Part of me feels maybe if I fix all this, I could get much longer out of it while working on credit and saving more. My fear is, I fix all of this and then more major repairs come up, because obviously the cars been through a lot. I may sound stupid even asking this but I don’t have much experience and am just trying to weigh all options and get some expert advice. Appreciate any advice.
