A walking pad fits rather nice in a Cascadia. Well, at least this one does. I imagine if you just get an under desk walking pad or standing desk walking pad it'll be roughly the same size. And obviously if it fits that way you can turn it around towards the front of the cab as well if you wanna face out. My TV is back there so I face the bunk.
I've been solo for over a month now and I really enjoy the extra space, time, and privacy.

I live in the southwest. The sun is only a mile away. Besides this way you can go for a walk in a blizzard.

Amazing to see drivers taking care of themselves out on the road. Get yourself a pair of 90lb adjustable dumbbells and a foldable bench.
To everyone else ready, just bc you are OTR doesn’t mean you need to be unfit and healthy. Whey protein and a shaker cup are cheap enough as are protein bars.
OP, stay safe out there and it’s great to see you taking those steps to taking care of yourself!

I have a 100lb weight vest. I had a single adjustable dumbell 5-75lbs but my partner ran off with it allegedly thinking it was his when we split. Cardio is my main enemy. Was a 2 pack a day guy for almost 20 years. Been nicotine and caffeine free for 2 years now.

That’s great to hear. I’m slowly leaning off the nicotine but caffeine keeps me lumping that freight lol. Do you wear that vest when you’re out of the truck walking around?

If i were back running vans and reefers I would but I switched to flatbed and I ain't trying to be climbing up and down while securing a load wearing that thing! Although I am willing to try it.

I've had it for so long I can't remember. I just upgraded my lady from the one pictured to an much nicer one. Obviously i took the old one for myself. I believe the one in the picture can be found on Amazon as well. I'll go look for the links.
