ULPT: I got scammed out of $100

I have his phone number. Found through a Google business listing. I have the etransfer email address. I might even have a business number related to the email address from the etransfer.
I’m an idiot for falling for it. But he fucked with the wrong girl. I won’t rest until this man is taken down.
Mostly I’m wondering, what would you do? Besides reporting. I would like to make his phone ring every 2 minutes from a new number, ideally, until he sends my money back. Anyone know how to do that? Legally of course.

Go to a locksmith, ask them if they have any miss-cut keys, because your cousin is a toddler and really likes keys. If you are nice to them you might get that for free, if not 25c each is reasonable. Get like 20 or 30 (make the cousins twins if necessary)
Then buy some key tags, and put his phone number of the key and drop them around the town.

Sign him up for insurance quotes. They are relentless. Same with moving companies. Do the ones where a company bids it out to several options. Something like this:

Even more than insurance quotes (which I did once and yes, it was annoying, but it ended) I somehow got on some left-leaning political texting list and those guys won’t stop. Minimum 5 a day, sometimes more, all from brand-new numbers. They make it around my Verizon spam filter.
