Has the price of milk gone down where you are?

Wholesale prices have dropped about 12% so far this year due to oversupply. Where I am, prices in the shops haven't changed, so I'm wondering if it's different around the country?
Milk is a daily staple for most people, particularly those with young families, who are often hard hit by the cost of living, and clearly farmers are getting less. It makes me very cross to think that two-thirds of the price now goes to the supermarket (more if it's Waitrose).
