Why is the Bank of America building blue tonight? Is it for autism awareness month?

There is an app that is invite only that some people have to change the color of that building. No telling why it was that color unless you were the one that changed it.

That's been the one post I've seen never get answered, people always ask how they get an invite or how the app even works. It's like Dallas Reddit lore, the BofA Tower lights app, the mysterious invite only opportunity to change the tower colors. That and the sex worker (no shame) that would occasionally post about Dallas Cowboys players stiffing her on a tip.

ain't much to it i think. they invited a bunch of VIPs and also did a giveaway on social media. each user gets two additional invites, so it's spread a bit since then

I know one person with access who got it years ago and no longer lives in DFW. He used his invited almost immediately. Dont know if there’s anyway to get it anymore

could be autism awareness but buildings in Dallas change colors for all kinds of things. maybe someone just picked blue today or there's some corporate event happening. the lights on these big buildings never seem to follow any pattern i can figure out
