Anybody else think about this guy almost daily?
JJQuantum@reddit
He’s probably almost ready for a body bag…
Beautiful_Arm8364@reddit
There was a scene where they actually wheeled him out in a body bag after he died in season 2 of Cobra Kai. I'm not proud at how I bark-laughed at that. RIP to a real one.
SadCheesecake2539@reddit
Not daily, but he permanently rides shotgun with Zabka and Macchio. Every time I see one of them, I automatically see and hear him.

Nice. I automatically see and hear him any time I look at my cat, or my dog, or a triumphant little kid, or a...

I've always referred to him as Great Value Luke Skywalker.

love hat. for me, he was always "young colin cowherd"
evermica@reddit (OP)
That's perfect.
Odd-Animal-1552@reddit
Nah. I’m still hung up on the saxophone guy in The Lost Boys.
PhilDGrowler@reddit
Tim Capello. He's out on tour right now.
SliceOk577@reddit
I saw him in Austin, great show!
dth1717@reddit
Ned the head from groundhog day. He used to live down the street from Stevie ray Vaughn and was his tour manager. He's got some crazy stories for looking like a super nerd
GR1ML0C51@reddit
His name is Werner Brandeis, his voice is his passport.
ChronoMonkeyX@reddit
Ned Ryerson!

Needlenose Ned!
Basic_Assumption5311@reddit
Bro, same! And I just watched it again last week for the 109 time
edgarecayce@reddit
I never actually saw this movie and now I feel like welp it’s just too late
9001@reddit
I don't even know what this is from.
evermica@reddit (OP)
Karate Kid. It's the "sweep the leg" scene.
9001@reddit
Never saw it. Probably won't.
evermica@reddit (OP)
I've never been in a CostCo. Checkmate.
vin4thewin@reddit
Well, you’re both missing out.
evermica@reddit (OP)
If you're GenX, you might have 40 years left, and you could almost catch up to me if I stopped thinking of him right now.
bluealien78@reddit
He was in a couple of episodes of Cobra Kai before his passing.
Finding_Way_@reddit
Is he the one that yelled "Get him a potty bag! "??
I remember the arrogant Sensei in front of him and the annoying voice of the guy pictured.
Actually don't think about him. But now because of this thread I probably will start to!
evermica@reddit (OP)
Ummm… I think it was *body* bag. lol
warrenao@reddit
I kinda like "potty bag" more. Like, "he hit him so hard he needed a colostomy" or something along those lines.
sf_boarder@reddit
I’ll allow it
Finding_Way_@reddit
Yep, body bag! That's what happens when you use talk to text AND don't proofread!

Nope. Ask your doctor to increase the dose.

Ha ha.

That actor, Rob Garrison, passed back in 2019 just after playing this same character in an episode of Cobra Kai.
evermica@reddit (OP)
Yes. Thanks for adding that. I was curious about him after posting this, so I looked him up. Very sad to have lost him so young. I was glad to read that he continued to be involved in theater. His community was lucky to have him. I'll edit my original post with a link to his Wikipedia page.
Simple-Ingenuity740@reddit
he looks like Kramar's pig man

Get him a body bag Tommie
spamlet@reddit
I think about him less than I do the Roman Empire.
KrofftSurvivor@reddit
I think about a lot of things less than I do the Roman Empire
bittinho@reddit
I was yelling his line quite a bit at the Arizona-UMich semifinal
monkeyrancher@reddit
Yes! His face and voice made me so mad as a kid. Now his line is probably my most quoted from the movie.
anotherNotMeAccount@reddit
for me it is the guy that looks like steve miller with the metal rod dong hitting it on a metal bar that lives in my head

Ha ha. Nice. That reminds me a bit of Trio.
NativeNashville@reddit
Funny you should mention him…While I don’t think about him really at all, I do recall anytime I’ve watched that scene, he has always taken my attention away from the others….Why?!?…and why is he still inside your head?
evermica@reddit (OP)
I probably think about him because, in my head, I'm often shouting "YEAH!" at stuff that isn't really all that great.
NativeNashville@reddit
HaHa!…Hopefully you do it with as much enthusiasm as he did!…I will now think about that the next time I’m in a meeting at work and the boss assigns me a project I don’t really want to do…Which is almost weekly
-Granby-@reddit
Put him in a body bag!!!
HighSeasArchivist@reddit
Get him a body bag! Yeah!
cackles

I would have to say no. Never really cared for that motion picture.
Few good songs on the soundtrack but thats about it for me.
