Slide out kitchen options

Hey guys,
Let me explain my use case first. We typically camp for either fishing or hunting. A bulk of the camping is done during the summer, where on fishing trips we’ll go to a piece of water and fish for a few days up/down the river… pack up and move to another location and do the same thing. We do this out of a Tacoma.
In an effort to help reduce the amount of packing and unpacking we do, I’m trying to look at ways to consolidate our camp. I already have the idea of using a hitch mounted carrier for most of our camp so there’s less up and down during pack in/pack out times. One thing to note is that we also have a refrigerator that we use(73qt zero) that I keep at the tailgate for ease of access. Up to this point at every camp I’d need to move that to access the bins with camp in them(or to repack them back into the truck for travel).
So I got the idea of putting camp on the hitch rack, and just removing that at camp… solves the up and down in and out issue.
Now with our kitchen, we have one of those fold out deals from gsi. It’s nice, sure, but I’d love to have less stuff to put together and take down when moving. Ive seen a bunch of these kitchen in a drawer style options. The one I was looking at(one of the OVS options) doesn’t look like you can keep the stove set up when storing it, the last thing I want is to be stuck setting it up every time I want to use it, then tearing it down before we can go fish again. I just want to slide it out, use it, and slide it back in. Also the OVS one has the top slide which I could put my fridge on… if only I could leave my stove set up!
Are there any reasonably priced options that have this functionality? I’ve seen some in the multiple thousand dollar range that probably are nice but a bit more than I want to spend.
Sorry for the long winded post, I just wanted people to understand the use case. Being able to move the vehicle multiple times a day during the trip is a must. It’s also why I don’t have an RTT too.
Thank you.
Any other advice is welcome as well, surely I’m not the only one with this sort of use case.

I use the MORryde Camping Kitchen. I bought it from eTrailer. When I first got it, there were quality control issues on the parts: I had to drill out some holes what were the wrong size, had to get a replacement drawer that was missing internals and one panel had the countersink on the wrong side. At the same time I bought i when things were just opening up in the pandemic so I can kinda can give them some leeway.
I have had it in the back of my wrangler for several years and 10's of thousands of miles of off-road and gravel travel. It has held up pretty well. I have had to replace a few of their rivets with a bolt, and one of the locking slides locks in the wrong position, but does not hinder use. Other than that, it has done well. I would buy again.
This may be able to adapt to your vehicle setup, not sure. The unit itself just bolts down to the mounting rack. You mention a 73qt fridge and certain that will be way too big for the unit. Anyway, just something to consider. Still a bit pricey, but less than most.

Our slide out kitchen. It’s actually built into a table so it can be removed from the drawer as well.

I made my own slide-out kitchen last year and kept the camp stove mounted permanent on it - game changer for sure 🔥 Just used some aluminum extrusion and drawer slides, way cheaper than those fancy ones and works perfect for what you describing
You could probably modify one of those cheaper drawer systems to keep your stove setup, most of them just need little brackets welded on the right spots 😂
