Someone dressed like a reddit mod was driving around thinking he was Harry Dresden. Looking for one of the antagonists of the Dresden Files named Victor Sells

Went up to a random guys house demanding to be let in. Broke into the house. Thinking he'd find a someone in distress. Found the homeowners wife. Homeowner got home and managed to talk him out of the house. Police showed up and arrested him.

Basically some guy very obviously going through a psychotic episode and playing out a scenario he read in a book.

I remember a long time ago now, we had a neighbor that would get belligerently drunk and would make it everyone else's problem. Then a Muslim family moved in a few doors down from him and he went out of his way to be there problem specifically.
It all came to a head one night when he decided to get completely wasted and go up to their door, yelling slurs and threats. The Muslim guy kept telling him to to go away, to stop trying to get into his home & that he was armed and well, he successfully got into his home. He then got buckshot to his chest for his efforts and died on his porch.
Shit was absolutely wild, shout out to my boy Samad, a fellow Texan.
