Can I flush if I missed the 30,000 mile mark?

I know there are a lot of posts on here about flushes vs drain and fills and I will say from my research I am firmly in the camp of ‘Keeping up with regular flushes at the 30k mile intervals. That being said, I recently got a 2016 Avalon (non hybrid) and the previous owner was good about staying on top of the flushes. I was due for one at \~80,000miles but I am sitting at 99,000 now.
My question is- have I let it go too far now and have I left the safe window to do another flush? Is my best course of action to just do the drain and fills from here on out?
I haven’t noticed any issues with shifting or anything like that but I have not inspected the fluid so I don’t know how much particulate matter is floating around in there
I hope my question is different enough to warrant a new answer, I know subreddits can get congested from people reposting the same question over and over again- and if I missed a post that answer my question directly feel free to flame me in the comments but also please direct me to the post

So it’s a U660E transmission and it had a fluid change 50k ago? You’re fine, dude. It’s not an Xtronic CVT or something.

Im in the camp of its never to late. Even if it was never done. If problems show after, they were already there and waiting to happen and you just revealed it. I only drain and fill and drop the pan and change the filter if you can. Flushes can be bad if done wrong and the filter should be changed anyway.

You didn’t mention what kind of flush we’re talking about: transmission, coolant, oil, etc.
Doesn’t matter, tho. You’re fine. Just do the maintenance.
