First Gaming Build

Hello! My nephew is interested in his first gaming PC and we are looking to build it ourselves. I have built my own about 4-5 years ago that is still kicking and doing well considering but I am not sure what GPU is best suited for an intro type PC. I do not anticipate him using heavy type games, more along the lines of Fortnite and MC type. This is what I have so far but like I said not sure if this is too much/too little and which GPU would last him a bit until he got older considering he's only around 12 now. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

fortnite is cpu oriented so maybe go for a r5 5600 good air cooler (that is good) 16gb ram 3200mhz 750W psu for future proofing rx 6600 (a 9060xt would be great but you need to buy peripherals and monitor) b550m with 4 slots of ram and two for ssd ssd 1tb (maybe 512 if you want to cheap on it) good airflow case

I wasn't even thinking about how Fortnite is cpu based mainly. Thanks for that!

if you want best bang for buck probably Intel B580. You can pay bit more for a 9060 XT 16gb for better performance and more ram for future. I'd change the board to a B660 to save some money. And i'd get a Plus Bronze psu instead of a Plus Gold for an entry rig

I was taking a look at b580s but wasnt super knowledgeable about it, thanks for the info!

Intel b580 or an amd 9060 xt if you want something new.
I’ll let someone else chime in about older/used cards, because I have no knowledge about them.
