i was using my pc normally with RX 580 8gb

and boom black screen, i turned off the pc and turn it on but still just black screen and i noticed that my gpu fans not working so i decided to re install my gpu i took it off and put it back on and i turned my pc on and this time it turned on BUT when i get in task manger theres no gpu? i checked my gpu again and the fans not working, i said to myself “thats weird“ i went to the device manger to check my gpu and i found this… ahhh idk how to put pics, its my first time using reddit so i will just let you imagine what i saw. in the device manger i saw my gpu there but theres error sign on it? i tried to check for updates and it says up to date and the amd app doesn’t work HELP
