I would avoid the area if possible. There is a heavy police presence and crime scene vehicles. Looks like some kind of fatal incident and the road is shut down

It really is. I work at TI. We have had to up our security and hired dallas police to be on our campus 24/7 now. Seems it has gotten worse over the last few years around there.
